December 28-30

Location: LeConte Center, Pigeon Forge, TN

Cost: $200 Per Person (Ask if sponsorship is needed)

Hotel: Drury Suites

Schedule

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 28

7:30 AM- Arrive at CBC

8 AM- Leave for STS

12 PM- Lunch at the Hamilton Place Mall

4:00 PM – Arrive at hotel

6:30 PM – Session 1 with STS Worship, Gerald Fadayomi, Chandler Moore

9:30 PM – Free Time

11:00 PM – Church Time

12:00 AM – Lights Out

MONDAY, DECEMBER 29

8:00 AM – Wake up and eat breakfast

9:30 AM – Session 2 with STS Worship + Tom Richter

11:30 AM – Lunch (The Island)

1 PM: Indoor snow tubing and mountain coaster

6:30 PM – Session 3 with STS Worship, Scott Dawson, Chris Tomlin, Hulvey

9:30 PM – Free Time

11:00 PM – Church Time

12:00 AM – Lights Out

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 30

7:30 AM – Wake up, pack, eat breakfast

9:30 AM – Session 4 with STS Worship + Ed Newton

12 PM – Lunch

7 PM- Arrive back at CBC

How to Prepare

  • BIBLE, notebook, and pen

    Enough modest warm and casual clothes for the entire conference (3 days, 2 nights)

    Money for meals (6 meals)

    $35 for Indoor Tubing

    Spending money for snacks or STS/artist merchandise

  • TV’s or game consoles

    Tobacco, alcohol, or illegal drugs

    Fireworks of any nature

    Weapons of any kind (guns, knives, etc)

    Any paraphernalia for pranks

    Clothing with questionable or inappropriate slogans, images, etc.

    Clothing that promotes alcohol, tobacco, or inappropriate items

    Anything else that would be a distraction for your group or other churches

  • The cost of the trip is $200 per student, but if money is a problem, it’s not a problem. You goiong on the trip is more important than the cost.

    Money is due at the time of the trip, but arrangements can be made if needed.
